It explains where we source data, what types of information we collect and how we use it.

Our website is a bespoke design made by Fraser Lowrie of John Pacey-Lowrie Limited. We do not use cookies or collect any information to profile or track website visitors. We use Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics to boost and monitor website visits to help us improve services.

When you book an appointment with John Pacey-Lowrie Limited we automatically add you to our mailing list (MailChimp) with the information you have provided. You are not obligated in any way to stay subscribed to our newsletters which is why in the footer MailChimp provides an ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

We will never share or sell your personal data to anybody else.


All queries sent via the contact forms on our website go directly to Fraser Lowrie (Public Relations and Patient Outreach). We collect, process and retain information relating to enquiries for our own records. 


In order to confirm appointments, we may require such information as your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number, your home or business address and any access requirements as required to complete the booking process. These details are stored securely on Google Drive, a file storage and synchronisation service, and also in physical format (contact cards). Once your booking has taken place and all payments have been received all data will be held indefinitely for our own records. You may request this data be destroyed after a 6 month period. Social Media Messages:

If you contact us using direct message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram we will keep the message indefinitely. We will never share the details of your message beyond John Pacey-Lowrie Limited employees.

Telephone Messages:

If you contact us via telephone and leave an answerphone message we will listen to it as soon as we can and transfer any details onto our bookings system as appropriate. All answerphone messages will be deleted within 14 days.

Marketing: Our mailing list is usually sent on a monthly basis via Mailchimp and you only require an email address to join (When you book an appointment with John Pacey-Lowrie Limited we automatically add you to our mailing list (MailChimp) with the information you have provided.). If you have signed up prior to 25th May 2018 we may also securely store your name alongside your email. This information will never be shared with a third party and you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

The Right to Amend or Correct Your Data:

If you believe any of the information we store relating to you is incorrect and would like to update or amend it you can contact us at

The Right to Be Forgotten:

If you would like to be forgotten you can contact us at any time and we will delete your personal data from our database. However, John Pacey-Lowrie Limited have the right to keep medical notes about you.

Subject Access Requests: If you would like a copy of the information we have collected please email us at to request this. We will always try and acknowledge your request as soon as we receive it.

Data Breaches:

If your data has been subject to a data breach we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the issue.
