We now operate a service offering the same in-house bespoke devices in the Channel Islands.

Jersey Ocular Prosthetics Ltd. is housed within the Department of Ophthalmology in the Jersey General Hospital in central St. Hellier, Jersey.  The clinics run alongside specialist Oculo-plastic sessions with Mr. Richard Downes FRCS Oculo-Plastic Surgeon. All devices are made in-house using the same techniques as employed in our main office in Nottingham.

We offer an NHS service to residents of Jersey and can extend this to any patient with an appropriate referral and funding from their Primary Care Trust in the UK mainland. We also offer a full private service to all patients.

Benefits of this clinic include immediate referral for Oculo-plastic surgery and aftercare. We also offer up to date surgical techniques for motility pegging of prostheses and guarantee fast, efficient service to all patients.
